Powerplay - 1

At least one story in the Powerplay world wants to be comic. Here we have Leanna and Íros in a bar. I am not quite happy with it yet, but I will update this if I make any significant changes. As I drew it the way I drew each of them changed, and the earlier panels bug me a little. I also need to figure out what other types of chairs would be in a bar like this, and how these guys would be sitting. Perching might be more comfortable for them.

Leanna runs an organization of assassins. This bar is more or less hers, she may or may not actually own it. The bar is usually filled with her men, right now it is pretty empty, but she still has a couple of people there. It is about noon, and it is sunny outside of the bar.

When Leanna's business was becoming respectable, and known for accurate service, Leanna personally was hired to kill Íros. She did not then know who Íros is, or how much power he has. Íros stopped Leanna from killing him, and made it clear to her that she had failed and he could kill her then if he wanted to. He then let Leanna go, having put her in debt to him, and giving her respect of his power.

Very few people know that anyone is in charge of Karsëkimet. Íros is known by some as the owner of a hotel and a couple of bars, and as the leader of a gang, however this information is also limited to a few people.
